This morning, I woke up at 4:30a.m., tied up my gym shoes, and hopped on the elliptical. It was tough getting up this morning but I did it. Normally I listen to some upbeat music to get me going but today I decided to watch the morning news. (I didn't even know it was on that early!) My heart goes out to all the people in Japan. I can't imagine going through something so terrible and having no control over the situation, much less no warning. Here, in the Midwest, we have your occasional tornado or snow storm, but we know about these things before hand. I can't imagine having the Earth shake below my feet, what a scary feeling.
After my workout, I showered and got ready for work. My wonderful fiance woke up and made me breakfast! An egg white (he even knew how to separate them!) scramble with pepperjack cheese and pico de gallo. It was delicious and nice to have a filling breakfast after a little workout.
After work, I walked over to Bar Method for my Friday workout. I was not feeling it today and while we were doing seat work, all I could think is "This hurts, this hurts..." I didn't want to go today, but I'm glad that I did.
When I got home there was some Garrett's popcorn waiting for me...This has got to stop! I love LC, but the unhealthy snackies need to cease. Yesterday cupcakes, today cheesy/caramel corn?! But I do love me some Garrett's!
So thankful that today is FRIDAY!!! What are your weekend plans? Im going to Milwaukee tomorrow for my cousin's 21st bday and then making sure I get my but to yoga on Sunday. Have a great weekend!
